Problem properties initiative
Update on recent action in the Avenue District
Problem properties can have significant harmful impacts on the surrounding community and those living in them. The City of Edmonton’s Problem Property Initiative (PPI) features several teams to address the different issues related to problem properties.
While problem properties exist across the Avenue District, they are found in the largest numbers in Alberta Avenue, Eastwood and Parkdale.
PPI personnel attend the monthly Coffee with Cops at the Carrot (9351 118 Avenue), please feel free to drop by and exchange information with them. Visit thecarrot.ca for meeting dates and times.
